Information on the Russia-Ukraine conflict
In the light of the ongoing armed conflicts in Ukraine, we have compiled the following information for you:
- Information on the Notice of the President concerning the implementation of Council Regulation (EU) 2024/1745 of 9 August 2024:
Each natural person filing an IP application with the DPMA must mandatorily submit an additional form (A 9520/8.24 or, in the case of trade mark applications, W 7005/8.24). If an IP application is filed by joint applicants, each person must submit the additional form. The DPMA will not process your IP application(s) if the additional form has not been submitted.
